In the process of operation of the two-wheeled electric bicycle, its brake lever, turning handle, etc. are the components of the signal input of the controller. When used, the turning signal is the signal of the electric motor rotating drive, and the brake lever signal is when the electric brake is used. When the brake outputs the internal electronic circuit to an electrical signal of the controller; after receiving the signal, the controller cuts off the power supply to the motor, thereby implementing the brake power-off function.

The booster sensor of the two-wheeled electric bicycle is a device that detects the riding pedal force back to the pedal speed signal to a certain extent when the electric vehicle is in the assisting state. The controller automatically matches the manpower and power according to the electric drive power to jointly drive the electric vehicle to rotate. At present, the most popular power-assisted sensor is a mid-axis bilateral torque sensor. Its product features are capable of collecting the pedaling forces on both sides, and adopts a non-contact electromagnetic signal acquisition method, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of signal acquisition.

The most important accessory for two-wheeled electric bicycles is the motor. To a certain extent, the motor basically determines the performance and grade of the car. The motors used in electric bicycles are mostly high-efficiency rare earth permanent magnet motors, and the main ones are high-speed brush teeth + Wheel reducer motor, low speed brush motor and low speed brushless motor.
